A little context before the next conversation.

FAMILIAR TOOLS. A CLOSER TEAM.

Fits into your working day.

01

Bring your people in.

A company workspace keeps your team together. Your admin invites colleagues and manages access.

02

Settle into your desktop.

Open the dashboard, choose your availability and keep the team in view. Pause presence sharing whenever you need to.

03

Keep your calendar.

Create Meeting opens Google Calendar, where you already check schedules and send invitations.

GOOD TO KNOW

Meeting invitations and actual attendance are different. Automatic Google Meet attendance is planned and is not available in the current pilot.

A LITTLE CONTEXT GOES A LONG WAY.

Presence,
with boundaries.

Your availability, your call.

Set your status and pause sharing. Make room for focused work, a break, or the end of the day.

Your team’s own space.

Company workspaces keep people and membership management organized around your business.

People count. Computers don’t.

One person can use more than one computer without adding another subscription seat.

ONE TEAM. ONE SUBSCRIPTION.

A little closer.
A clear monthly price.

Your company’s first 60 days are free.
After that, one subscription covers the whole team.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT WONDER.

Good questions.
Simple answers.

How does the 60-day trial work?

A company admin activates the trial once. Everyone in that company shares the same 60-day window. Adding people or reinstalling the app doesn’t restart it. Starting the trial does not take a payment; a paid subscription is needed to continue after it ends. Paid checkout is not available yet.

What if our team has fewer than 10 people?

The base is $30 USD per month for any team of 1–10 users. Every additional user above 10 adds $1.99 USD per month. For example, 20 users cost $49.90 USD per month.

Does each computer need a subscription?

No. Seats are counted per enabled person in a company, including admins. Using a second computer doesn’t add another seat.

Do we need to change our calendar?

No. Create Meeting opens Google Calendar, so you can schedule with the tools you already use. Google is the initial calendar provider.

What makes a meeting external?

A meeting is external when an invitee has an email domain outside the company’s configured domains. The meeting view distinguishes internal and external meetings. Calendar invitations alone do not confirm who actually attended.

Can we install it on Windows and Mac?

Windows 0.4.0 is available as an early-access download for invited company members. This installer is unsigned and automatic updates are disabled. Check with your company admin before installing. A Mac installer is still in preparation.
